Visma expands its offering in subscription management software with the acquisition of Upodi

Visma increases its focus on the subscription management market by acquiring Danish-based Upodi – a subscription management and recurring billing platform. Together with Upodi, Visma will continue to optimise its subscription-based business models to meet increasing market demands.

The subscription market is at the tip of a true transformation across multiple industries with cross-industry adoption of recurring subscription business models. Visma is already investing heavily in this market, and the acquisition of Upodi is a further step in that direction.

A subscription model is all about unlocking recurring revenue for businesses and forming long-lasting customer relationships. Upodi is a subscription management software solution that puts subscription, billing, and payment on autopilot, which is why Visma sees Upodi as a natural fit in its strategy.
